Evan Brady, founder

Evan Brady holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality and Tourism, with an emphasis in Food and Beverage. He is also a graduate of Fleisher’s Grass-Fed and Organic Meats intensive Butcher Training Program in Brooklyn and Kingston, New York. Evan spent several years managing restaurant kitchens, before working in Inventory Management and Purchasing.

Aidan Brady, founder

Aidan received his Bachelor of Science from the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources at Michigan State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University. He has spent more than 10 years working in marketing and product development.
